The Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences offers an International Summer Course in Internal Medicine. It consists of two intensive courses of each two weeks, allowing you to choose one module or participate in both. We encourage you to participate in both courses. The Summer Course is aimed at students who have obtained a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in medicine.

The summer course will provide you with a systematic and comprehensive overview of the most common diseases and treatments within internal medicine.

The objective of the course is to provide you with a thorough understanding of both acute and non-acute conditions and thus make you more prepared for life as a junior doctor.

DKK 2500: EU/EEA citizens

Exchange students from the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences', UCPH, partner universities can participate in this course free of charge, if they have been nominated by their home university. The course must be an integrated part of their study programme.
DKK 4500: Non-EU/EEA citizens

Exchange students from the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences', UCPH, partner universities can participate in this course free of charge, if they have been nominated by their home university. The course must be an integrated part of their study programme.

Scholarships

Novo Nordisk International Talent Programme (NNITP) offers a scholarship to incoming students from IARU universities or from Harvard University.

Application deadline is 1 April 2018. Please note that not all applicants will receive a scholarship.
