Organic Production of Fruit and Vegetables
Organic production of important high value crops of fruit and vegetables is increasing. With this course you will get an understanding of the fundamental principles of organic production of fruit and vegetables in a temperate climate. You will get the knowledge about cultivation technique to prevent diseases and how to secure the plants with organic nutrients in order to have an optimal quality and acceptable yield. Course offered by Department of Food Science.
