Improve, extend and update your knowledge and understanding of the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) techniques through a specialized and practical training programme.
Target group
he Monitoring and Evaluation course is designed for professionals from private institutions, such as companies, NGOs and universities/institutes from EU and non-EU countries as well as for officials from EU institutions and agencies and from national and regional administrations, involved in the management of EU funded projects.
Participants should have a university degree, a very good command of English and some relevant knowledge of the Project Cycle Management and Logical Framework Approach (Logframe) or have participated in the EU Project Management course before.
The course will be restricted to a maximum of 25 applicants, allowing for an interactive environment that fosters discussions and facilitates networking.
Course aim
Through this programme, participants will have an opportunity to:
Improve, extend and update their knowledge and understanding of the Monitoring and Evaluation principles;
Understand the role and importance of Monitoring and Evaluation throughout the project cycle;
Obtain cutting-edge advice and insights from high-level lecturers, with experience in working on EU's development assistance projects;
Strengthen their analytical skills through practical exercises.
