The aim of the course ‘Introduction to STATA’ is to familiarize the participants with one of the most popular software packages in social sciences and economics. The participants will be provided with a basic understanding of how make the best use of STATA in quantitative social and economic sciences. After attending the course, the participants will be able to conduct some of the main statistical analysis (ranging from simple descriptive statistics to correlations to regression analysis) using STATA
