This English language short-term study abroad program takes place from 21 March 2013 - 28 March 2014 in the beautiful mediaeval southern German town of Sigmaringen.

The focus theme of this week-long seminar will be "Experienced-based Marketing Communication". Lecturers are experienced professors from Germany and the Netherlands.

There will be lectures, a field trip to a regional company and - optionally - the final presentation of a small student project.

Application period: until 28 February 2014. Accepted applicants will be noticed immediately, by the latest on 7 March 2014. The course fee (if applicable) has to be paid by 17 March 2014.

Target group

Junior and senior (i.e., 3rd year and above) Business students interested in contemporary Marketing issues. Interested students with less semesters are admitted only in exceptional cases. Pease contact the course leader for more information.rnrnIn general, student participants from around the world are invited. As space is limited, a short informal application (short statement of motivation, short CV, intermediate grade report) to the course leader / contact is necessary.

Course aim

Course aim is to bring students from different countries and cultures together.

Credits info

3 EC
Credit will be awarded only if the student attends the complete course and also successfully presents a small project.

All participants receive a certificate of participation.

Fee info

EUR 60: The 60,00 Euro is the guest student course fee for international short-term students in programs with 30 teaching units or less. In addition to the course fee the student will have to pay a fee for the mandatory excursion. The exact amount will be announced before the seminar starts. Expected amount: less than 30 Euros.

Scholarships

Students from partner universities will not have to pay a course fee.
