Project Management, from Theory to Practice

when 4 August 2014 - 15 August 2014
duration 2 weeks
credits 4 ECTS
fee EUR 1260

Many changes in today’s competitive environment are managed as projects; unique efforts that require dealing with budgeting, deadlines, working with multi-disciplinary teams, personal strengths and weaknesses - all challenges a project manager needs to deal with. This course prepares you for this by combining a theoretical background with a practical approach to project management. You will learn a leading project management method (PRINCE2®), work on project simulations in teams, and experience different factors that determine the successful completion of a project. Part of the course assessment is the PRINCE2® Foundation level exam to earn the official PRINCE2® certificate.
