Basics of Photography and Videography
Step into the world of visual storytelling with our two-week course on the basics of photography and videography!
Throughout this engaging program, participants will embark on an exciting journey, exploring the realms of captivating imagery and dynamic motion pictures.
In the first week, we’ll focus on photography essentials. From mastering camera settings to understanding composition and light, we’ll guide you through each step with warmth and simplicity. You’ll have hands-on experiences and plenty of artistic inspiration to fuel your creativity.
As we transition into the second week, we’ll delve into the art of videography. Together, we’ll learn about camera settings, equipment, and the magic of storytelling through storyboarding. In addition to classroom instruction, participants will have the opportunity to put their newfound skills into practice through immersive filming sessions in our state-of-the-art studios, allowing for hands-on experimentation and skill development under the guidance of experienced instructors.
By the end of our course, you’ll emerge with a newfound confidence in both photography and videography. Whether you’re a beginner or simply looking to enhance your creative abilities, our welcoming environment promises to make this journey a memorable and enjoyable one.

Target group
This meticulously crafted course is specifically tailored for beginners, offering a structured and supportive environment for those venturing into the realm of visual storytelling. The course is limited to 15 participants.
No previous knowledge in the field is needed.
Participants are required to provide their own camera capable of capturing both photos and videos, including any model of camera or smartphone with video capabilities.

Assessment criteria: participation in at least 75% of classes, individual projects
Fee info
EUR 650: The fee includes studio rental, sound, light, and editing equipment, but not camera, actors, locations, costumes, decorations, transport, etc.
NB! Accommodation, cultural programme and meals are not included in the price.
