Innovative and enriching, inspiring and engaging, the School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age offers a unique opportunity. Students:

Course leader

A talented group of experts both coach and counsel our students during the five-day programme and teach them everything from coding to presentation skills and leadership styles.

Target group

The programme is open to young women who are over 18 and who have permanent residence in the EU, Ukraine or Western Balkans.
While they will have a strong interest in technology and innovation, students will come from diverse backgrounds including young women with non-technical degrees such as law, international relations, business management, philosophy or translation.

Course aim

The aim of the Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age is to empower women with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive as leaders in the rapidly evolving digital landscape, fostering gender diversity and inclusivity in leadership roles.
