Online communication is a growing need in the business world, resulting in a greater demand for professionals with a knowledge of the social tools necessary to carry out communication strategies using the various online channels.

Content: The course teaches students the basic tools needed by the community manager to manage, establish, and moderate online communities that are generated around a brand, as well as the skills they need to implement a social media strategic plan.
The first part of the programe involves theory, focusing on the basic principles of community management and specific social media networking tools.
The aim of the second part is to create a “social business plan” that meets the needs of a brand (client) and a community (consumer and user).
