Increasingly, organisations and workplaces are becoming globalised. Emerging economies are gaining economic prowess, and multinationals have international dominance in some sectors. It is therefore important that organisations reassess the management and strategic challenges facing all firms whose activities span national boundaries. Furthermore, for managers within these firms, or graduates looking to commence their careers in management, it is of fundamental importance that they understand and appreciate the diversity that globalisation brings to their organisations, and how this can be managed.
The content of the programme draws on the world-class expertise of the business school in preparing future management professionals to build successful careers in the multicultural and complex global business environment. There will be a focus on developing sustainable and responsible management practices, a key factor for the business leaders of tomorrow.
