How to Acquire Donor Funded Contracts? Understand the procedures and prepare competitive proposals.

Project Cycle Management, PCM, is a tool used by most of the global multi-lateral development agencies: from the EU to the World Bank, to identify and formulate projects. This course has been designed to appeal to students interested in the aid/development sector as well as students who are interested in logical models that can be applied to project design.
