Business Communication and Social Media
This course looks at how to create impact and gain recognition using social media within a business setting.
With the soaring popularity of social media comes a heightened corporate transparency within international companies, which is now accepted to be one of the key factors for future economic stability. The study of social media in business has become vital not only for students of business and law but a wide range of disciplines.

This course aims to provide students with a general understanding of the main functionalities of different forms of social media and how they can be used for the work of an international company. The course is divided into two interconnected sections which include social media functionalities and social media strategies for marketing and corporate dialogue, and the use of the most relevant Internet standards to support data and interactions between users, both internal and external to a company or organization.
This is a non-credit bearing course.
GBP 1150: Accommodation is not included in the course fees.
