As luxury positioning is transversal across industries, the course will provide industry knowledge and share best practises, among the others, on fashion and leather accessories, food and beverage, cosmetics and perfumes, jewelry, yachts, automotive, hospitality.
In the final part, a special focus will be given to the dynamics that are reshaping the competitive environment of luxury businesses in the current "new normal" context. The students will be equipped with a knowledge kit to understand the future trends and challenges (e.g. geographical markets, Millennial…) in luxury.

Target group

Application is open to students enrolled in Bachelor programs of international universities.
The basics of Business Strategy and Key Financial Ratio are mandatory.

Course aim

The course aims at exploring the fundamental strategies and business models of different companies with a high end positioning (luxury or premium). It provides an in-depth understanding of the key strategic and managerial topics with the aim of unveiling the magic alchemy among, creativity, product development, manufacturing and go-to-market strategies that leads to success.
