Are you looking for a course that gives you a firm grounding in the English language? Do you want to be able to express yourself in a range of contexts? This beginners' course in English delivers on both counts: it offers you the opportunity to learn the English language fast and well. You will start at beginners’ level and the course gives you all the necessary tools to help you reach level B1+. This course covers the four skills of listening, reading, writing and speaking. During the course you will also become familiar with English customs and manners.

You will start at beginners’ level A1+ and aim to reach level B1+. This course combines the courses English level 1, 2,3 and 4 and covers the four skills of listening, reading, writing and speaking. During the course you will also become familiar with English customs and manners.

- speaking fluently
- dialogues
- pronunciation
- grammar exercises
- letter writing

Target group

Beginners with some previous knowledge of English. You are required to do a placement test developed by Babel. This test consists of two parts: multiple choice and writing. A teacher will assess your language skills. On the basis of your test result you will get an advice about which course is suitable for you.

Please note that it can take up to 5 working days until your language level is assessed

Course aim

This course aims to improve listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and you will learn self-study strategies. The course aims to reach CEFR level B1+.
