IYLC Leadership and Business Summer Camp

Our 2 week residential Summer Camp is hosted in the famous city of Geneva, Switzerland. The camp will help you decide what possible choices for your educational and career paths there are on an international level. Core modules will help you understand your interests, evaluate strengths and talents as well as areas for development. We also establish an understanding of your own profile and where you personality fits best to 'play in the zone'.

Through a variety of self-awareness exercises, coaching and team games you learn about your leadership skills, how you are perceived by other and where your personal talents are. Various exercises have been integrated in the course like role-plays to develop leadership and communication skills.

In collaboration with our mentors and speakers from well known Multinationals, NGO's and Start-up's you will get first hand insights into a variety of industry fields, professions and possible career/educational tracks. Those people who "have been there, done that" will share with you what skills it takes to succeed in a variety of careers. They will allow you to try out their professions by providing case studies from the portfolio of tasks which get "dumped on their desk".

By the end of the 2 week Summer Camp, you will have:

- "tried" new professions
- visited leading organisations behind the scenes
- prepared a business plan for your own idea
- identified a variety of goals to pursue
- developed a game plan for actions to achieve these gaols
- grown your professional and personal network
- gained a certificate to boost your profile and applications

Above all, you will have met inspiring, successful people, made many new friends and had the summer of your life. Not to forget the speed boating, golfing, polo and many other activities that will fill the evenings and weekends.

Tuition is held in English and the we welcome participants from all over the world who are open-minded, ambitious, curious and goal driven. Depending on numbers we offer separate camps to high school students (age 15-17) and young adults (age 18+).

Fee info

CHF 4500: This fee includes:
- 2 weeks Residential Summer Camp program
- Half board for residential students
- Excursions with guide and transportation
- Airport pick up on arrival and departure

This fee does not include 300 CHF registration fee
CHF 3500: This fee includes:
- 2 weeks Summer Camp program excluding housing
- Excursions with guide and transportation
- Airport pick up on arrival and departure
