This year's Sheffield School of Architecture Making Cities Summer School will offer the opportunity to join one of 5 project teams run by a leading UK architecture practice.

During a week of design workshops you will explore the urban future of the City of Sheffield.

Each day your group will test innovative ideas on a giant city model on floor 16 of our studios in the Arts Tower.

A busy timetable of talks, walking tours, building visits, films and seminar discussions will run throughout the week.

To conclude the Summer School each team will present their design solutions to the delegates of the Architecture and Resilience on a Human Scale Conference, to be held in Sheffield City Centre. https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/architecture/latest/events/resilienceconference
