Cross-Cultural Communication and Negotiation
To be successful in the world of globalised business one needs competences. One of these is the ability to communicate effectively in different cultural settings. In addition, cultural differences matters in international negotiations. Developing cross-cultural competences will enable you to upgrade your negotiation skills and leads you to a better international strategies development.

Any student at bachelor or master level.
This programme is designed to introduce the participants to the management of cross-cultural differences and leadership in the globalized world by being effective in communication and negotiation.
EUR 1100: Fee includes: tuition; course materials; team-building event; Portuguese History and Culture classes; company visit; use of the library, PC labs and ISCTE-IUL facilities; public transportation card for one month in Lisbon; organisation of leisure activities; airport pick-up service; welcome and farewell dinner.
EUR 1350: This fee also includes, besides the items mentioned above, lodging organized by ISCTE Business School.
There is no scholarship available for winter school programmes.
