Technology in Education
The course “Technology in Education” will consist of 20 contact hours and two afternoon workshops, where trainees will have the chance to put into practice the techniques and methods presented and discussed during the morning sessions. Classes will be held on weekdays whereas during the weekend and afternoons trainees will be free. A series of cultural events, trips to well known archaeological sites and museums will be organized. Trainees will also have the chance to enjoy some of the world’s most famous touristic attractions.
Some of the modules the course will provide include: Building your ICT portfolio, Educational resources & cooperative tools, Flipping the classroom, Searching the web, etc.

The course aims to familiarize trainees with the latest theoretical and technological developments with regard to the use of technology in education. Trainers will provide them with useful material and software as well as with ways to implement these successfully in their classes. Trainees will be exposed to a selection of practical modules during which they will have the opportunity to acquire hands-on experience.
