This programme will support in increasing the confidence, competence and knowledge based around the language and culture within Britain. Our experienced staff are there to guide, support and encourage participants, challenging them in their thoughts and with theory. They will deliver the programme through a range of interactive sessions and group exercises which will offer a welcoming environment for all to share their experiences. There will be ample time for critical reflection on the use of the English language in various settings. All students will take part in our fieldtrips, which will give them an opportunity to visit local areas of interest and consolidate their knowledge. This will include a day-trip to Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare as well as the Black Country Museum where they can experience the true history of the West Midlands.
