Bucksmore have been running high-quality summer schools for juniors since 1979. We have students from 65 countries across 5 continents making Bucksmore a truly international experience.
Bucksmore Summer (Plumpton & King Edward's): 22.5 hours of English per week plus 2 full-day and 1 half-day excursions. This is our classic summer course we have run for 34 years. We have students coming back year after year.

Plumpton College is a beautiful location in the English countryside near Brighton. The other available programmes in Plumpton College is:
- Bucky Adventure (Plumpton): 22.5 hours of full English tuition per week combined with fun, outdoor activities. Students enjoy horse riding, mountain biking, mountain boarding, climbing, rafting, kayaking and sailing. 2 full-day excursions take place each week with a fun 'survival night' camping on the South Downs towards the end.
- Bucksmore Coding (Plumpton): A computer programming course where students have 16.5 hours of English tuition per week along with 6 hours of coding classes per week. Each student receives a Raspberry Pi (a credit-card sized computer) to learn the basics of coding and create their own computer game.
GBP 0: Course fees are per week. One location of Bucksmore Summer is King Edward's School.
King Edward's is a famous English boarding school with excellent sports facilities. Both are very safe and secure locations. The other available programmes in King Edward's School include:
- Bucky Kids (King Edward's): An ideal course for young learners aged 7 to 10 who might be going to a summer school for the first time. 18 hours of English per week plus a full social programme including a visit to a West End musical. High supervision ratio of 1:5.
