Modules in English on the subject areas: economy, politics, legal system, culture, language, intercultural communication.
Also expert interviews, company visits to Austrian and international joint venture companies as well as excursions are part of the program.
As part of this specialized course, exams will be held at the Fudan University and the Peking University.

To be eligible to apply,
•You are a student or scientist from an Austrian or European university, university of applied sciences, or another institution of
higher education in Europe
•You are an employee preferably of an international company or a company which wants to go international
•You have a good command of the English language
Targets of the program:
•China-experience for young Austrian and European students and junior employees
•Acquisition of additional qualifications useful for a potential future career in East Asia
•Preparing for future trading markets by becoming acquainted with the legal and economic system, labour and production
processes, social and environmental situation, culture and living conditions in China
•Obtaining a basic command of the Chinese language
Together with a supplement certificate of the University of Salzburg students, depending on their field of study, can optionally apply for 5 ECTS credits at their own university or college.
EUR 2770: The costs of Euro 2.770 (without airfare, insurance, visa) include the full program fees of the Chinese universities and of the accompanying programs, the accommodation in 4 as well as 5 star hotels (in two-bed rooms, including breakfast and internet), the train ride Shanghai- Beijing, and an organization fee.
