Would you like to start your innovative company using the design approach as competitive advantage? Would you change the world creating innovative sustainable products and services that meet the new needs of people boosting new experience of use and interaction? Enroll in the Italian Summer Academy to understand how the design approach can support and drive the early stage of a start-up company.

You will study theories and practices of design thinking you will match with trends in ICT sector and knowledge in entrepreneurship. You will learn how to approach the business model generation using design thinking and design management tools.

Target group

Students enrolled in a European University (till one year after degree).
Non-EU students enrolled in European Universities are also welcome.
You can apply for the CREA Summer Academy as an individual or with your recently formed team.

Course aim

When you join one of the CREA Summer Academies, you start with an idea and a vision, and go out with an entrepreneurial attitude together with a great start-up experience.

In CREA we turn ideas into great teams and great start-ups.

You will be provided with an all-around training that brings you from the identification of market opportunities, to the conceptualization, planning, and start-up of a new venture.
You will study theories and practices from Creativity, Technology and Entrepreneurship, demonstrating the value of design thinking, business modeling, innovation, customer validation and creative process. You will also get coaching on team skills and intercultural cooperation.

The best teams compete in an international Business Contest, which will be held during a big event in Europe in the fall of 2016!
