Landscape-furniture
When we design a piece of furniture, we think of the space around it.
When we design a space, we think of the architecture around it.
When we design an architecture, we think of the landscape around it.
This workshop allows participants to design and make their own interventions in the landscape of Boisbuchet. Each team will learn from the landscape in order to design simple furniture through simple materials and actions. By discovering the curious aspects of the site, discussing the function and design it requires, and by testing stability and efficiency through scale models, this workshop aims at generating works in situ that question space and scale between furniture and landscape.
