Innovative Teaching Methods

Designing and implementing innovative teaching methods in the classroom: project, role play games, theatre of the oppressed, debate, brainstorming, mind mapping, the ethical dilemma, the field study, community mapping. Upon completion of the training course, the participant is expected to:

Be able to design lesson plans, using innovative teaching methods: project, role play games, theatre of the oppressed, debate, brainstorming, mind mapping, the ethical dilemma, the field study, community mapping.
Be able to develop learning content to use in new training methods.
Implement innovative training methods in classroom, guide and support the students.

Natassa Kazantzidou: European projects consultant, responsible for IDEC lifelong learning centre, trainer. Specific expertise in the field of evaluation of education, European education policies, European projects in education.
