This is an interdisciplinary course exploring the complex range of inter-related issues that impact the world on a global scale. The course looks at how both society and academia are attempting to solve these issues and you will gain insight into the research strategies and innovations that are taking place at the University of Edinburgh, from colleagues who are at the forefront of tackling global challenges. Guest lecturers will be invited to provide a diversity of backgrounds , experience and perspectives on their own approaches to solving global issues.
