Corporate Finance
This course unit focuses on the fundamental concepts of corporate finance. It is designed as an introduction to financial management, and covers both theoretical and empirical aspects of capital investment decisions, valuation and financing decisions. This course examines the financial goals of a corporation with an emphasis on value creation.
The main goal of the course is to provide theoretical knowledge and practical tools that are required in financial decision-making.

Course aim
This course unit aims to provide an understanding of main principles of corporate finance: core investment decision rules, capital budgeting, methods of long- and short-term financing, and associated theoretical and empirical issues.

6 ECTS equals 36 academic contact hours in class and precoursework assignment of 12 academic hours.
Fee info
EUR 1200: The fee consists of 920 EUR fee for administrative and hospitality services, including accommodation, lunch on weekdays as well as welcome and farewell receptions. 380 EUR fee is for tuition.
Registration Deadline: March 1, 2019
EUR 1550: Students may choose two courses within the program. Additional 6 ECTS course would cost 350 EUR on top of a 1200 EUR fee.
