The Programme on International Affairs, Trade and Development takes you to the heart of international policy-making: it provides participants with a unique combination of academic expertise and practical experience on issues of human rights and humanitarian action, health and environment and global migration. Target group

Students at MA level or senior undergraduate level with an interest in international affairs- Young professionals keen to improve their knowledge on major current issues in governance, international affairs development and trade.

Course aim

The programme makes participants experience the world of multilateralism and development through direct interaction with diplomats, negotiators and activists and through visits to some of the prominent international organisations located in Geneva.

Credits info

6 EC
Participation in the two weeks programme may be accepted for credit at other universities (6 ECTS credits ; or the US equivalent credits). All participants receive a course certificate.

Fee info

CHF 3000: The tuition fee includes teaching costs, course material and the use of Graduate Institute facilities. It does not include travel or accommodation expenses.

Unfortunately, the Programme is unable to provide any financial assistance to candidates.
