Throughout this intensive course, we will widen your elementary knowledge of photography, introducing you to a higher level in use of techniques and materials. The course will range from the basics of optics and light (aperture, shutter speed, exposure), working procedures and photographic methods to a more in depth journey through the language (composition techniques). Also image processing in Photoshop and output techniques will be covered during the course.

Target group

This course is intended for students who have no background in photography and for students who are attending or will attend their first year of university studies in art and design.

Course aim

To provide students a first exploratory overview on the world of photography, through a project-based practical approach.
