The aim of this school is to enable participants to study, experience, taste and experiment with their own hands & senses what food culture and cuisine means in Italian culture, with a specific focus on Tuscany.
Students will appreciate why food is central to all aspects of life, not merely for survival; it has always been important as a key to socialization, trade, culture and well-being.

The school will consist of lectures, Kitchen lab experience, Didactic excursion

Target group

EU and Non-EU students who want to make a travel into the Italian foodway and experience the traditional Tuscany gastronomy with a special focus on the healthy food.
