BioAcademy offers a two week training module (4 ECTS) with experiential action based learning in the middle of an ecosystem of clean tech innovations at Joensuu, Finland. This training program provides skills for holistic thinking and understanding of clean tech solutions (conversion technologies), MSW, field biomass, new green business concepts, value chain creation, smart society, emission analysis, and LCA.

Target group
The training program is designed for University students, graduates and professionals related to energy, environment, forestry, green business and urban solutions.
Course aim
To provide an internationally relevant, research based training to gain in-depth understanding of todays hot topics in clean energy technologies, bioeconomy/circular economy, environment and natural resource management. The training underlines student centered and problem Oriented solutions, includes international exposure and experience, leading strongly to innovations and entrepreneur skills.
Fee info
EUR 1300: Tuition Fee (course materials, field visits, organised activities), Scholarships available for selected students.
EUR 600: Stay and food (all meals, twin sharing, kitchen facility) or own arrangements
