Would you like to start your company following a lean methodology?

Enroll in the Lake Constance Summer Academy to gain entrepreneurial skills and solid knowledge on how to build and launch the products or services of your sustainable venture leveraging on the most advance methodology used today by the startup community.

You will study theories and practices that you immediately apply to develop your business based on the lean start up methodology. You will get to know your customer and iteratively adapt your solutions to its need to find the perfect product-market fit. Last but not least, you will learn to embrace failure and try hard again until you find the right business model for your venture.

Selected candidates with a green business idea will also have the chance to attend a third week of training (with NO additional fee) to keep on working on their projects with the support of experts. During the third week you will deepen topics as access to finance, intellectual property rights and eco-innovation.

Course aim

Crea summer academy provide an all-round training, which takes participants from an idea, via the identification of market opportunities, to conceptualization and planning and finally to the start-up of a new company.
