The focus of the International Summer School Automotive Engineering and Management at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt lies on current trends in car development and research. The main strands are lectures in engineering and mobility management, company and museum visits (e.g., Audi, BMW, Airbus, Mercedes, Porsche), lab tours, guest lectures, city tours, and networking events (welcome dinner, city & pub tour, sports & fun, brewery tour, farewell dinner).

Course leader

Our courses are taught by professors of Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt or by guest professors of our international partner universities. We also offer guest lectures with experts from the automotive industry.

International undergraduate and graduate students of engineering and/or technology management studying at universities outside of Germany

Do you want to focus on challenging topics in engineering?
Our summer school provides an outstanding opportunity to attend lectures and practical sessions in the fields of automotive engineering, to visit well-known automotive companies, to cumulate experiences abroad and to earn additional credit points (up to 6 ECTS).

Fee info

EUR 250: Course fees for two weeks (non-residential): 250 €

The course fees include all lectures, laboratory courses, course materials, study trips incl. bus/train transfer, social programmes, and your certificate and transcript of records.
Course fees have to be paid via bank transfer. Our bank account details will be emailed to you after you have been officially selected for participation.

Costs not included: Accommodation, Meals and Public Transportation within Ingolstadt
