This 4-week summer school will take place in Loughborough (2 weeks) and London (2 weeks)

This is the second of 2 modules in the ‘Sports Management’ Pathway. Students can take 1 or 2 modules.
Topics covered include:
International sports markets and marketing
Developing sports brands
Sponsorship in sport
Social media and the use of (digital) customer relationship marketing strategies to achieve the business objectives of sport organisations.

Target group

Open to all international undergraduate and postgraduate students, this programme will be particularly attractive to students with an interest in sports, management and entrepreneurship.

Course aim

The aim of this module is to provide an introduction to sports marketing and sports media and the use of new technologies and processes to support these functions, in particular the internet and mobile communications.

Students can take one or two modules, each worth 5 ECTS or 3 US credits.

Fee info

GBP 2200: Fee for taking one module only in Loughborough.
The fee covers tuition, accommodation, field trips and most meals.
GBP 3900: Fee for taking two modules in the 'Sports Management' Pathway - the first in Loughborough and the second in London.
The fee covers tuition, accommodation, field trips and most meals.
