Geoarchaeology
Geoarchaeology consists a lot of strandsfromarcheological researches, that usemultipleapproaches of natural science subjects such as geography, geology, botany, geoinformatics etc.Participants are educated in field and laboratory geoarchaeological research methods.Both students and academic staff carry out aerial photography ofterritory using UAVtechnology,fieldwork on stratigraphic sequence,selection and
preliminary processing of samples to receive chronological and palaeoenviromental records. Participants developbasic skills of pollen and phytolith analysis, photogrammetric processing for 3-Delevation model, using GIS forspatial data analysis during the workshops.
Working languages: Russian and English. The programme is delivered in Russian with interpretation and translation to English provided by a certified interpreter.

Target group
This programme is for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, regardless of nationality. Recent graduates up to the age of 35 are also welcome.
