This year's ALGAR summer school is dedicated to the study of systems of quadratic forms over fields arising in number theory. This includes a discussion of the pythagoras number and the u-invariant for function fields over local and global fields.
Target group
Master students and PhD students in fundamental mathematics. More advanced mathematicians are also welcome to participate.

3 ECTS credits are awarded upon successful completion of the programme.
Fee info
EUR 150: Fee includes course material, coffee breaks, a reception and a conference dinner. It does not include accommodation and meals.
