E-Marketing in Practice
The eMarketing course is an introductory course covering the basic principles of digital marketing. The course tackles digital marketing tools and techniques that influence online presence, improve customer relationship management and achieve organizational objectives. The principles covered in the digital marketing course includes, market research, content marketing, website development design and user experience, customer relationship management, search engine optimization, online advertising, affiliate marketing, social media marketing, data analytics and finally conversion optimization.

The aim of the course is to be able to understand the basics of consumer behavior in the digital world, manage content in a way that would ensure a sustainable competitive advantage, create traffic and engage consumers.
