The summer school will feature 8 speakers broadly covering chemical biology from natural products discovery and synthesis to fluorescent probes and chemical epigenetics. Participants are encouraged to present their research as posters, a selection of which will be invited to present short oral presentations.

Target group

PhD students, Post-doctoral associates and industrial researchers. All the participants are expected to give an oral presentation or to present a poster of their research. There will be ample opportunity for discussion between participants and speakers.

Fee info

CHF 800: The registration fee includes full board accommodation, conference dinner, and teaching material.

The expenses for PhD students and Postdocs of the University of Zürich, the University of Berne, the University of Fribourg, EPFL and the Univeristy of Neuchâtel that attend the summer school are covered through the Universities and will be collected directly from each University at the closing of registration, so no registration fees will be collected from these participants.
For students from other Universities and Industry a fee should be paid. The prices are package arrangements that include conference fees, hotel accommodation for 4 nights, all meals, service, and taxes except drinks.
