Interested in a career in the library and museums sector and want to learn more about the different types of jobs available? Then this free crash course in library and museums collections management and curatorial practice is for you! Come and join
us for a week in the University of Edinburgh's Centre for Research Collections, where you will attend hands-on, interactive sessions on three core themes - collections, exhibitions and engagement - led by our team of experts. Participants will also complete a project on one of these three themes. Sessions will include overviews of the University’s Art, Musical Instrument, and Rare Books Collections, Archives, and Digital Imaging Unit, as well as ones on Conservation and Exhibitions .
