Interested in helping companies solve their problems and learning how to overcome the obstacles? Create a quick fix for company’s current obstacle and help them achieve their goals even faster! Be creative, develop a strategy and consult a company in an intelligent and digitally networked working environment of Munich Business Academy!
The Munich Business Academy program helps prepare students for future careers through our intensive, collaborative and rewarding learning experience, where students gain more knowledge about European business practice, as well as develop many professional and personal skills. During the 2 weeks of the program, these newly acquired skills will be applied to the real life business cases of highly prospective startups/companies mostly from the field of marketing, human resources, finance and expansion.
Throughout the program and the case challenges students have the support of our business mentors, they will be there to assist them with any questions that they may have. The role of our mentors is to support and provide guidance towards the challenges that you will be working on. Through their extensive experience they will provide guidance allowing you to make fewer mistakes and have more time to focus and develop the best business ideas.
Mentors provide a unique opportunity for powerful personal development, allowing students to develop both personal and professional skills.

Target group

Munich Business Academy is open to all energetic students and young people who have a desire to understand and succeed in the global business environment. The ideal profile of our student is somebody who is eager to learn, willing to be mentored, looking to gain additional valuable international experience, would like to broaden their worldview and perspective, make friends, develop a professional network, develop valuable career skills and experience personal growth before having the first full-time job.

Course aim

Our program has been carefully structured to provide an adaptive curriculum that reflects current industry challenges in a competitive market. We recognise the importance of early and growth stage management of a startup and how challenging it can be. That is why Munich Business Academy focuses on this aspect of entrepreneurship and looks at the necessary ‘management toolbox’ to handle these challenges. You will get the chance to apply these tools in group work challenges and discuss your ideas and questions with company representatives and mentors.

The ABC Business Academy is authorized to organize the course accredited at the HDBW, and meets all the requirements of an academically recognized subject of the Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree.
The HDBW – Hochschule der Bayerischen Wirtschaft is a private, state-approved university for applied sciences with a focus on business and technology, based in Munich as well as in study centers in Bamberg and Traunstein. In close cooperation with Bavarian and international companies, HDBW offers business-oriented Bachelor and Master’s Degree programs.

In order to transfer credits, each participant’s home university has to confirm the course and the participant has to pay for the credit transfer. We encourage the students to contact their study abroad office in advance to learn about the possibilities of transferring the credits.
