The program includes lectures in management skills and competencies, but also Outdoor activities that enhance your learning experience. Experience management skills training combined with exciting adventure and outdoor sports. The summer school consists of courses in leadership, teambuilding, creativity, communication, motivation, strategic management, competencies, marketing and tourism, research methods and decision making. The activities will be linked to the lectures indoors to give you a maximum learning experience. The activities will include mountain biking, stand-up paddling, high-ropes garden, kayaking and many more.

We will organize day trips to Bavaria’s two big cities. See the medieval town of Nuremberg and visit Munich with its famous Hofbräuhaus. The trips are included in the summer school fee and all expenses are paid.

Make new friends with German and international students, experience challenging outdoor activities and train your management skills. There will be free time for your own adventures before, after and during the summer school.

Target group

Eligible to apply are all bachelor or master students enrolled in a degree related to sports, outdoor, management or business psychology (or other relevant fields). Bachelor students need to have surpassed their first year of bachelor studies.

Make new friends with German and international students, experience challenging outdoor activities and train your management skills.

Fee info

EUR 599: Course fee includes accommodation, meal, and trips to Nuremberg and Munich.
