Financial Analysis and Decision Making - A Simulation Approach
online courseThe course aims at providing the students with an understanding of how corporate finance concepts are applied in real life and what can be the implications of a particular decision on different aspects of the company performance. This course builds on the concepts taught in an introductory course in Finance and focuses primarily on the application of those concepts, in a setting where students need to learn the impact of various operating decisions on short-term as well as long-term performance of a business organization. Key decisions considered in this will be long-term investment and capital budgeting decisions, and how working capital management decisions can turn into strategic and value creating decisions
