Nobody is perfect, so there is always the option to be better. Implementing this continuous improvement thinking is achieved by applying process improvement methodologies and techniques. Lean management is a process improvement methodology that gives organisations and individuals several tools to understand and improve processes.

For this reason, this course aims to provide students with general knowledge about Lean Management. From the philosophy of Lean thinking, through various methods and techniques and ending with methods for improvement implementations.

Target group

To apply for the course, you must have passed a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, or an equivalent degree.

Likewise, a background in operations management, supply chain or IT can be helpful.
