online courseThe course focuses on critical success factors across every stage of the process, such as acquisition reasoning, selection and evaluation of the partner, synergies recognition, post-merger integration, and social issues. Hence, it gives to the students the skills and knowledge for understanding domestic and international deals, evaluating the long-term potential of a partnership and the integration needed to fulfill that potential. Furthermore, the course aims to equip the students with the capability to critically observe and analyze the actual economic market, recognizing the potential and the problems behind real world firms’ decision.
