From this broad perspective, the course focuses particularly on exploring the role of social media in organisations, understanding their relevance for communication, collaboration, innovation and marketing within and across the boundaries of companies.
The course explores the current state of art of digital infrastructures, platforms and technologies and the future development forecast for this subject domain.
