online courseThis course serves as a concept elucidation module for positive organisational behaviour, which is still a topic of research and yet to evolve as an academic course of study. However, this subject will soon be an integral part of present-time organisations, as meaning and significance of work is continuously reinterpreted. Organisations need to foster the inherent strengths of employees more than ever before to counteract the adverse psychological effects induced by the feelings of uncertainty, isolation and discouragement and dissatisfaction. At this juncture, it is worthwhile to look into the conditions, which would inspire employees to give and strive for the best and stay the course during challenging times.
POB attempts to come up with substantial answers to this inquiry through well-grounded research. The key objective is to understand the potentiality of the positive qualities intrinsic to human beings when nourished can have far-reaching implications on employee happiness and health. The aim is to enable the learners to become reflective professionals who could integrate POB research and practice to provide sustainable solutions for the long-standing workplace woes.
