The international project management course is designed to help students understand the complexities of project work in an international environment. Students will learn to analyze complex project problems in a broader economic, social and cultural context. The course covers the main project management topics that are essential in maintaining competitiveness in real-life business situations. After attending the course students will be able to use relevant consulting and management methods when dealing with their internal and external stakeholders; feel more confident about accepting responsibility for new projects and be better able to stay in control of projects in an increasingly global marketplace.

and within budget.

EUR 1349: Early bird fee (till February 28, 2020) - 399 EUR (tuition fee) + 950 EUR (hospitality fee)

If you prefer to arrange accommodation yourself, only 699 EUR hospitality fee would apply.

Hospitality fee includes accommodation, catering and social activities. It is also covers administrative and infrastructure costs.
Accommodation for 19 nights in the old town of Vilnius and on the seaside (hosting June 28th - July 17th, 2020)
**Bed in a hostel (2-4 beds in one room), free Wi-Fi, non-smoking rooms
Continental breakfast and lunch on each weekday
Sightseeing in Vilnius
Weekend trip to Palanga, resort on the seaside (10-12 July)
Visiting local and multinational companies.
