The organizational behavior (OB) course focuses on the understanding of employee behavior and attitudes that contribute to the success or failure of an organizations. During the course students seeks to identify factors and processes that influence employees, and how gained knowledge could be applied in organizations. During the course the multidisciplinary of organizational behavior will be disclosed by reviewing related theories, case studies and students’ presentations. The OB course aims to introduce students to the major organizational concepts and be ready to systematically evaluate and solve problems related to organizational behavior.

EUR 1349: Early bird fee (till February 28, 2020) - 399 EUR (tuition fee) + 950 EUR (hospitality fee)

If you prefer to arrange accommodation yourself, only 699 EUR hospitality fee would apply.

Hospitality fee includes accommodation, catering and social activities. It is also covers administrative and infrastructure costs.
Accommodation for 19 nights in the old town of Vilnius and on the seaside (hosting June 28th - July 17th, 2020)
**Bed in a hostel (2-4 beds in one room), free Wi-Fi, non-smoking rooms
Continental breakfast and lunch on each weekday
Sightseeing in Vilnius
Weekend trip to Palanga, resort on the seaside (10-12 July)
Visiting local and multinational companies.
