Characterization and Modeling of Radiation Effects in CMOS Technologies and Design of Rad-hard Circuits and Systems
In the framework of EU-H2020-Twinning project ELICSIR, the Spring School will be organized from 20th to 22nd April, 2020, at IHP, Frankfurt (Oder), Germany.
The Spring School is aimed to provide a comprehensive training, through the lectures of renowned experts, on characterization and modeling of radiation effects and design of radiation hardened electronic circuits and systems.

Target group
The targeted participants are PhD and MSc students as well as postdocs and researchers from the ELICSIR partners, but also anybody involved in related fields is welcome to attend the event.
Applicants are required to be enrolled in M.Sc. or PhD studies (or equivalent) or have a degree in Physics, Materials Science, Computer Sciences or Electrical Engineering.
The Spring School is limited to 20 participants to ensure a high quality of training.
Participants will be selected by the program chair and the instructors of this program.

Fee info
EUR 0: The Spring School covers:
- meals during the summer school (lunch and coffee breaks)
- social events
The Spring School does not cover:
- the arrival to Frankfurt (Oder) and the departure
- Accommodation in Frankfurt (Oder)
- visa (The invitation letters will be provided to the participants requiring the visa to come to Germany.)
- insurance and medical costs
- No daily allowance will be paid.
