Issues and Crisis Management in the Age of Turbulence
online courseIn today's dynamic and turbulent business, political and social environments, managers and leaders are now required to deal with a wide array of issues that affect their operations and strategies. In order to facilitate the effective handling of these issues and to avoid them from escalating into crises, appropriate skills needs to be developed in managing these issues and if the need arises, to manage crises well. This course will provide a broad-based overview on how issues and crises are to be effectively and ethically managed. It will involve reviewing cases and discussions to facilitate better understanding of the key course topics.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
• Define what are issues and crises
• Develop a plan to manage issues and crises
• Integrate ethical behaviours in the development of issues and crises management plans.
• Communicate the issues and crises management plan effectively to stakeholders.

EUR 400: 400 euros tuition fee for free movers + 50 euros administrative fee
