Issues and Crisis Management in the Age of Turbulenceonline course
In today's dynamic and turbulent business, political and social environments, managers and leaders are now required to deal with a wide array of issues that affect their operations and strategies. In order to facilitate the effective handling of these issues and to avoid them from escalating into crises, appropriate skills needs to be developed in managing these issues and if the need arises, to manage crises well. This course will provide a broad-based overview on how issues and crises are to be effectively and ethically managed. It will involve reviewing cases and discussions to facilitate better understanding of the key course topics.
