International Business Ethics
online courseThe course will enable students to recognize that nearly all challenging business decisions involve in addition to economic and legal considerations also an ethical dimension. We will start the course by studying major ethical theories, but we will quickly move to the study of specific cases of emissions scandals, financial frauds, responsibilites of tech companies and more. We will explore topics such as rights to privacy, conflicts of interest, insider trading, whistleblowing, sustainability and the rights and duties of agents and fiduciaries.

Course aim
The Summer School on International Business Ethics aims at giving students a first-hand insight on the future of doing business responsibly. The course will enable students to recognize that nearly all challenging business decisions involve in addition to economic and legal considerations also an ethical dimension.

EUR 700: Students from non-partners: Single week programme fee includes tuition for the workshop, online social programme and certificate for international students. Applications until April 1, 2021 will receive a 10 percent Early Bird Discount.
